Dr. Katharine Wilkinson

Dr. Katharine K. Wilkinson • executive director • she/her

Dr. Wilkinson is an author, strategist, teacher, and one of 15 “women who will save the world,” according to Time magazine. She is co-founder and executive director of The All We Can Save Project, creator of All We Can Save Circles and Climate Wayfinding, and co-host of the podcast A Matter of Degrees. Her books on climate include the bestselling anthology All We Can Save, The Drawdown Review, the New York Times bestseller Drawdown, and Between God & Green

Previously, Dr. Wilkinson was the principal writer and editor-in-chief at Project Drawdown. She speaks widely, at forums including National Geographic, TEDWomen, and the United Nations. A former Rhodes Scholar and frequent visiting professor, Dr. Wilkinson holds a doctorate in geography and environment from Oxford and a BA in religion from Sewanee.

Amy Curtis • head of programs • she/her

Amy Curtis is a program director, learning experience designer, and community builder whose work centers on creating a more joyful, just, and ecologically-harmonious world.

Previously, she was the director of learning experiences at Terra.do. She has also led learning and community-building at Minerva University, Coursera, and General Assembly. Amy holds a BA in history from the University of Virginia and a MSc in urban studies from the University of College London. She lives in Queens.

Alex Dileo •  directors of resources + operations • she/they

Alex is a connector of people, ideas, and resources. She joins the Project from the Atlanta-based nonprofit consulting firm Coxe Curry & Associates, where she provided strategic guidance and fundraising counsel to diverse metro-area nonprofits. Alex believes deeply in the intersections of community-level systems change, storytelling, and laughter. She weaves these threads through her board service with Food Well Alliance, the Intown Atlanta Chapter of the Georgia Native Plant Society, and improv theater Dad’s Garage, among other community involvement. 

Alex holds a BA in political science from Rhodes College, where she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She lives with her partner and senior dog in SW Atlanta.

Dr. Ayana Elizabeth Johnson

Dr. Ayana Elizabeth Johnson • advisor • she/her

Dr. Johnson is a marine biologist, policy expert, writer, and Brooklyn native. She is co-editor of the bestselling anthology All We Can Save, co-founder of The All We Can Save Project and Urban Ocean Lab, and co-creator of the podcast How to Save a Planet. Dr. Johnson was named one of the Time 100 leaders for 2021 and one of Elle’s 27 “women leading on climate.” She earned a BA in environmental science and public policy from Harvard and a PhD in marine biology from Scripps Institution of Oceanography.

Nicole Ng

Nicole Ng • advisor • she/her

Nicole Ng is an impact strategist and coalition builder working at the intersection of culture and climate change. She is a senior advisor for Leaders’ Quest and TED Countdown and has previously worked with a range of humanitarian organizations. Originally from Hong Kong and now living in New York City, Nicole is a graduate of the University of Southampton (UK) and lifelong surfer.
