A deep learning program of The All We Can Save Project

Climate Wayfinding is an immersive experience for people who are looking to find clarity on their climate journeys, and do it all in community.

If you’re holding questions about your place in climate work, seeking deeper contribution, and especially if you’re looking to explore those questions in intentional community, this experience is designed for you.

Program structure

Each cohort moves through the following broad areas of exploration, typically over the course of five focused sessions:

1 • Look inward — explore your essential climate emotions, skills/superpowers, and guiding values

Audre Lorde taught that “our feelings are our most genuine paths to knowledge.” We will witness and unearth the essential emotions, values, and motivations that we bring with us into climate work, as well as the skills and superpowers we want to contribute to this moment of collective transformation.

2 • Look outward — explore climate solutions using your energy and curiosity as a guide

The toolbox of climate solutions is vast and varied, and we can tap into a range of accelerators or “leverage points” for change. We will use our energy as a way to filter and rediscover focus, and think about ourselves within our contexts and communities — the spheres within which we can take action.

3 • Look forward — design a personalized “compass” to guide your climate journey

Climate wayfinding is the work of our lifetimes and a muscle we will continue to use and develop. We will weave together the threads of inquiry and discovery to each create a unique “climate compass” and plan for next steps to deepen/enliven our place in climate work.

  • “This experience was absolutely transformational. I came in feeling drained, overwhelmed, insecure, and isolated. But each element of the process was so thoughtfully and lovingly crafted, and I left feeling restored, connected to others and to my own deepest sense of purpose, and confident about my next steps in climate work.”

    — Emerging climate leader looking to find their place

  • “Through the mindful and intentional facilitation and curriculum centered on our energy and power and the emotional weight of this moment, I was able to access not only a new state of peace and calm amid this intense work, but a new perspective on my role and most of all, the confidence to more freely step towards that.”

    — Experienced climate leader seeking deeper purpose

  • “Climate Wayfinding was unlike any other educational experience I’ve ever been a part of — catered to the entire person (mind, body, heart, spirit), crafted with astonishing thoughtfulness and intentionality, framed by people whose joy + intentionality + eagerness to engage made all the difference.”

    — Undergraduate student looking to move into climate work
